Frequently Asked Questions
When do I need to have my courses completed by?

The time each person has to complete is dependent on each case.  There is no set time frame each person has to complete their course(s) once enrolled, other than it must be done prior to your return to court or complete by date (90 day deadline). The PES customer service staff can assist each of you with the timeline unique to you. They can be reached during regular business hours at (800) 346-5891.

What if I need to quit my course before I have completed it?

If you need to stop taking the course before you have finished, you may simply exit. The course, however, will only save your progress to the beginning of the current chapter you were on, therefore, you will have to start the chapter video over from the beginning.  We recommend setting aside approximately 1 hour to complete the video and quizzes in their entirety.

Why don't I get a certificate that shows I completed my course?

Once you have completed the PES online course(s), and you have received a passing grade of at least 85% on your quizzes, the PES administrator will receive confirmation. Your PES file will be updated on the next business day. You should receive a completion certificate within 14 business days IF ALL OTHER COURSE REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN MET

If you are unsure if there are other requirements for your case, such as restitution or community service, please call the office at (800) 346-5891 and speak to a customer service representative during business hours.

Why can't I hear any sound?

If there is no sound with the course video, ensure your device volume is on. If it is, click on the sound icon that appears with the video and scroll it upwards. If there is still no sound, please try restarting your device or finding another device to use.

My video isn't playing.
If your video is not playing, please exit out of the program and restart your device. After re-entering, if you are still having trouble viewing the video, please try another device.
